Refunds are 100% accepted provided:
1/ We receive the item back within 30 days of your delivery date.
2/ The garment is NOT custom or embroidered and clearly unworn.
3/ The item was not purchased from our CLEARANCE section, as clearance items CANNOT be returned or exchanged for a new size.

If your product is defective for any reason, let us know and we'll bend over backwards to rectify the problem. We haven't lasted 25 years by turning a blind eye. That said, we ain't Banana Republic. As such, the low volume/boutique nature of our E-shop necessitates a more cooperative approach/policy when it comes to shipping costs:

In the case of returns or exchanges, the buyer bears shipping costs to our office (921 Progress Ave, Unit 16, Toronto, Ontario, M1G 3V4) and we bear return shipping to you in the case of size exchanges. It's like that R.E.M. song "Everybody Hurts," but with less male-patterned baldness. 

If you want to up your chances of avoiding the hassle of returning, please consult the SIZING guide at the foot of our website before you order and, when in doubt, it's always smart to order one size up. After all,  "Better Safe Than Sorry" is the unofficial Canadian motto (but we usually shorten it to just "Sorry").
